Special Filters
In addition to ISE's net filter chokes, generally designed for a particular common mode self-induction, and comparable to the standard series by e.g. Epcos, Schaffner and Timonta, ISE can design customized net filter chokes or complete net filter systems based on customer specifications. This goes for power supply cables as well as signal cables.
Examples:
- Small common mode choke (CMC) in cable between class-D power amplifier and linear motor (application: semiconductor lithography systems);
-Large 3-phase CMC 3x60mH / 7A / 50Hz with increased differential mode self-induction for frequency converters with long cables to filter RFI out of.
- Differential mode 2-phase filter 2x5mH / 12A / 50Hz with 10 kHz ripple current as a result of PWM in the frequency converter.
- Suppression choke in a 230/400V supply mains with a 1350 Hz frequency controlled remote control for boilers and double-tariff electricity meters to protect sensitive electronics from these superimposed 1350 Hz waves.
