Together with their specialized engineering department, self-engineered and produced winding tools on hand, and different winding and bonding methods, ISE has extensive experience in winding antenna coils with a customer-specific Q-factor. These antenna coils can be produced in different shapes (square, rectangular, round, oval) from heat-bonding wire with wire diameters from 0.05 mm to 0.4 mm.
For complex tasks, ISE can make use of magnetic field simulation software (2D) to determine the optimal dimensions.
Our clientele speaks highly of the high degree of repetitivity of the coils produced by ISE, which reduce the 'matching' with capacitors to a minimum.
